CURRENT MISSION

We having been lucky enough to travel round Europe for 15 months in our lovely campervan and are currently exploring Asia with the aim of heading to Australia later in the year.

We tend to have richer travel experiences when we meet new people along the way, which is why we love CS so much!

ABOUT ME

We are fun and looking for exciting travel adventures. We are a couple, Jamie and Steph, and aim to see as much of the world as possible and having hosted a few people in our flat in England, we are hoping to surf round SE Asia and meet lots of lovely people! We are 30 years old, Jamie used to be an estate agent and Steph used to be a teacher. When we aren't working we like socialising with friends, going to the beach, walking/hiking (3 peaks done this year :) ) movies, music and art. Jamie plays the guitar, though thrash metal may not be to everyone's taste and steph plays piano. Steph is also a very talented artist and hopefully if you come to stay you'll see some hanging around the place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have hosted quite a few people and surfed in Czech Rep + Italy twice. Love meeting new people and getting a better feel for a place and some inside tips that you won't get from tour books.

Interests

Music, Movies, and Books

Jamie: Loves metal/rock music, enjoys most films aside from chick flicks. Not massively into books but am currently ready, very slowly, Alan sugars book!
Steph: Into art, studied it abroad and is very good at it! Likes pop music and chick flicks (opposites attract etc...)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Finding moose on the Cabot Trail in Canada! Who knew such big animals could move so silently!!? That was an amazing trip in general and we definitely want to go back.
Walking back to our hotel at 3am in Berlin was also pretty great! We were out with one of Stephs friends and decided it was such a nice night (late December and lots of snow) that we would walk the 2hrs back! It was such a lovely walk and the place was totally silent and still except for little bunnies near the Tiergarten hopping around!
Touring to the Nordkapp, Norway and down through Eastern Europe to Greece then across to Portugal over 15 months in our campervan is something we will never forget!
