CURRENT MISSION

I want to learn and explore, which right now means to attempt to immerse in a foreign culture - in Spain. But generally I want to discover foreign culture and experience beautiful, especially natural, places.

ABOUT ME

I am travelling to Spain with my girlfriend, Elis, from Estonia. I have been away from Australia and university for one and a half years and lived in London for one year where she lives and studies film.

We are both attempting to learn Spanish and are excited to get into the culture, especially after meeting so many quality Spanish people. We are a chilled out couple and are keen to immerse in this amazing culture! A little bit of a party every now and then would be nice, but mostly we want to meet new people, spend time at the beach and check out as much of the country as possible. I also would love to get into some rock climbing if anybody would like to do that.

Estoy viajando a Espana con mi novia de Estonia, se llama Elis. No he estado en Australia (y universidad) desde hace un ano y media. Vivo en Londres desde hace un ano con Elis, que estudia el cine.

Ambos estamos tratando de aprender la lengua espanol. Estamos emocionante de concer el pais, especialmente despues de encontrar tanta la gente genial de Espana. Somos un pareja muy relajado y queremos vivir en esta cultura maravillosa. Un poco de fiesta de vez en cuando esta bien tambien, peros principalmente, queremos concer a alguna gente nueva y pasar tiempo en la playa. Tambien, me gusta escalada a roca, si alguien quiere hacer esa conmigo.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've used couchsurfing to meet a few people since being in Europe. I'm hoping to continue with this in Spain and when I get the chance, to host surfers when I do return to Australia.

Interests

Foreign cultures especially in Europe lately. I am especially interested in Spain and Scandinavia. Language (attempting so far in Spanish), food from the world, drinks and I'm into making cocktails.
Music, guitar (also only attempting lately) and rock climbing. I looove rock climbing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Deep water soloing is climbing rock over the sea with no rope, no harness and only the water to catch you. I reached 28 metres over the Tiger wall in Krabi province before taking the longest jump of my life. Pretty lucky for me that I could do that, and then return to a beautiful island for some Thai food over a tropical sunset. Pretty cool place.
