I'm a physiotherapist for the National Health Service in the UK, currently specialising in neurological rehabilitation.
Previously, I worked in film and television as a producer and assistant director, but left the industry to find a role more suited to my empathetic and caring traits, as well as a better work life balance.
I'm currently travelling solo around South America and looking to meet amazing people!

I mainly read social science, non fiction books, but I'm trying to read more fiction too. Why do we Sleep?, 1984, Animal Farm, My Travels with Charlie, Why Men Hate Women?, What I think about, When I think about Running?, To Kill a Mockingbird, Natives, The Power of Now, Attached, Chasing the Scream, Lost Connections, White Tiger, Into the Wild, Happy.

I'm a huge cinema fan and mainly enjoy psychology thrillers, coming of age films and dramas. Interstellar, Good Will Hunting, Inception, The Departed, Whiplash, La La Land, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Gladiator, Oppenheimer, Lost in Translation, Past Lives.

I can use my skills as a Physiotherapist to give any advice on health, fitness, exercise or any aches and pains you may have. Sporting injuries isn't my specific speciality, but I have some experience and can at least provide some basic advice.

I love to make type writer written passages of people favourite movie scenes or song lyrics. Unfortunately, I'm not travelling with my typewriter, but would definitely post it afterwards!
