ABOUT ME

I follow a vegetarian, enjoy raw foods, do daily yoga and meditation. Friends tell me I have a "Heart of Gold." I am always looking for opportunities to provide Service. I enjoy helping around the house in any way I can. I maintain a high degree of consciousness in daily living. I enjoy listening and understanding the uniqueness and diversity of each human being. I prefer direct person-to-person communication over email.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have hosted some 50 travelers during the past ten years. Now, since I have retired, I will have more time for traveling and being a guest. I love meeting people of diversity and leaning about their uniqueness. I use photography and documentary films to capture those individuals who inspire me in my journeys.

Interests

Healthful eating, exercise, and early morning yoga and meditation. Cycling and hiking. Good hugs, smiles, deep listening, open heart.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

White Tantric Yoga, 3 HO Summer and Winter Solstice Events, birth of my 4 children. Living in a Kibbutz in Israel for 6 months. Off-Grid Living in the Zuni Mtns of NM for 12 years w/o running water and electrical service.
