ABOUT ME

Being a chef, I love to cook. I'm 23, I love music and meeting new people. Being a Scottish lad, I enjoy a frosty cold beer or two. I am a keen runner also and have done a few of Edinburghs big races, although recently this occupation has clashed with the previous one. I love to chat and have a laugh. Love playing football (soccer if you will) whenever i can and have been known to unashamedly impose myself into other peoples games in parks (and one indian stadium) around the world.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I do not paticipate. All i can say at this point is that i hope to participate in any way possible. Hopefully i can help demonstrate the glory of my home town of Edinburgh when i return from my travels. And on my travels i would love to meet new people, cook for them and have a laugh.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Recently in Japan i went on a camping trip and one night i decided i couldn't really be bothered pitching the tent. So rolled out the tent layer in the street and put my sleeping bag on top. So at about 4am i was woken by something on my head, i leap up and its a deer nibbling on my hat! Not a couchsurfing experience, but certainly evidence of why i want to start. Mainly to avoid unwarrented herbavore intrusion. I am afraid to say, if you do have a pet deer, moose or antelope it is not going to work out with us, sorry.

Interests

Music, food, people, soccer, running, comedy, drinking, thinking, thinking while i'm drinking, travel, snowboarding, business, laughing, skipping, hopping and occasionally jumping.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like a wide range of music, rock, alternative ,hip hop and dance but mainly focus around indie and alternative stuff. Arcade Fire, cold war kids, Bon iver, Calvin Harris, Vampire weekend, Jay-Z. But there ain't much i don't like. I love all types of movies really, a favourite at the moment is 'Hallem Foe'.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recently shared a room with a spirit healing Buddhist Monk. When i woke up he was chanting and drinking chai from a human skull.
