Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I only host in the week at the moment. I have a large private room with a sofa-bed in for guests. I have a car and where possible will help guests get around but I work 9-5.
I like to explore cities the way locals would and show people the unusual parts of my town.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I made my way through Europe last summer purely via friends couchs and random couchsurfing and loved every minute of it. The people I met, the non tourist parts I saw all made it 110% worth the effort and totally recommend it to anyone else. I've also couch surfed quite a bit with friends in South America.

Music, Movies, and Books
I mainly read non fiction books on most subjects and autobiographies. I like movies but I'm not a movie critic as such I only really watch comedies and romantic comedies. Music is a massive passion for me and I studied and worked as a sound engineer for a few years. With me so long as music has soul ill listen to anything.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent 7 months last year volunteering for an NGO called Pisco Sin Fronteras in Peru. PSF was predominantly an earthquake relief charity but also had community development projects. My time their was indescribabley inspiring and I wish the charity was still going so I could recommend more people to spend time their.
As far as travel experiences spending 4 days in the desert in south Bolivia with mates finishing up at the salt flats is probably one of the most amazing things I've seen.
