Hello lovely people,

I've been wandering the dusty path a while now, living, learning, exploring. Forever realising that people and nature are the paintbrushes that colour in our everchanging perception of the world.

I try my best to live with presence, whether that be a pause mid-walk for the song of a bird, or listening to the crunch of the leaves as we dander on by.

I like deeper aspects of conversation, and the connection that is created from understanding we all stand together in similarity.

Internal breath-work and meditation are really pleasant parts of my day, and I love to break away from the buzz of it all... escaping into the silence.

I can be chatty, but equally comfortable to relax, listen to music or cook delicious food.

Meeting locals is much more enriching, pushing myself out of comfort and into new situations. Watching the way locals interact with their culture is something quite fascinating.

Intereses

Break away from normality, and be the change you wish to see.. for only dead fish swim with the stream.
I quickly become disenfranchised by the state of the world, so I ward off these feelings by engaging the small circle we encompass.
Pick up litter when you see it. Clean a beach. Trying to move away, or at least, soften the egoic self pursuit and maintain a little selflessness.
