I am trying to get out of the Hollywood mould and watch more international films. My friends and I do a monthly, just-for-fun film discussion. Next up: LA Confidential.

Favorite tv show: Deadwood.

I really enjoy the poetry of Jim Harrison and prose of Cormac McCarthy. Blood Meridian is a masterpiece.

Currently reading: Camus & Salt, by Mark Kurlansky.
