CURRENT MISSION

To explore the brave, wide world, but in the meantime, I'm getting my mechanical engineering degree at University of Colorado Colorado Springs.

ABOUT ME

I love traveling and going to see places. I was in the Navy for six years part of the Naval Nuclear Engineering program so I got a little taste of the world and I love it. I love to write and absolutely cannot stand not being active for too long. I like climbing fourteener's and bouldering. I like lots of movies and really enjoy meeting people. I become energized by meeting new people and easily strike up conversations with strangers. Someone always seems to know something I don't.

PHILOSOPHY

Henry David Thoreau said "I went to the woods because I wanted to live deliberately...I wanted to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life; and not, when I had come to die, found that I had not lived."

and probably something like this from me: "...that it's all for the glory of God."

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i have only had experience requesting to couch surf so as of yet have not actually couch-surfed. I figure I should get this profile done so I might possibly seem not as sketch.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I shook the hand of the first man to step on the moon, Neil Armstrong. He and some of the other first astronauts came to my ship before he died. He did what most have never done and will never do. It was only a moment but it was a great moment.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can offer you a tour of the town and definitely good people to enjoy while you're here. If you're looking for a place, here, most likely I know where it is or I can at least point you in the right direction. I love good beer and wine as well, so I can give you a good taste of what Colorado Springs has to offer in those as well, as well as your own bed.
