关于我
CURRENT MISSION
To explore the world outside of Europe
ABOUT ME
Im back on the road and loving it, Spent 6 months in Tonga and now in New Zealand for a year.
Previously I used to live in France during the summers and use it as a base to kayak, coach and travel Europe. Then I got a job and have not travelled for 5 years, apart from the odd holiday. So am thinking about getting back in the game :)
I Love:
Trying out new activities
A wide variety of music but wish I was musically talented
The great outdoors and the sports that go with it
Lakes & mountains
Keeping fit
PHILOSOPHY
Work to live don't live to work was my philosophy when I used to travel. Then I got a job and normal life stopped that. Now I'm on a mission to do that and find a lifestyle that suits me again.

音乐、电影和书籍
I love music too much to list: open to many genres. Started as a rock kid till aged 21 then got into techno, minimal (as well as rock) and lately become a fan of classical (as well as rock & dance) and love many other styles too.
I tend to read drama/thriller novels and educational books, but am trying to expand on that as I read alot and can get bored with just one type, the hobbit was the last great book I read.
我做过的一件不可思议的事情
Kayaking in Lapland
Standing on a glacier in the French Alps
Skydiving & bungee
Swimming with humpback whales & reef sharks in Tonga

In the 1930's psychologists used MDMA (ecstasy) to help married couples during counciling, as the couples found it easier to open up to each other whilst under its influence.
Being flexible does not make you better at Yoga than someone who is less flexible. In Yoga it is ok to not be as flexible as other people, the importance is in keeping calm under pressure and to understand your personal limits. You push to your limit but do not push to pain. The goal is to be calm of mind. (Oh and it's not just for hippies)
