ABOUT ME

Four months ago we sold our stuff and bought one-way tickets to travel! Our goal is to travel for at least a year, going slowly and connecting with people and cultures along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently we are traveling and surfing, still very new to it. We enjoy getting to know our hosts and seeing part of their lives. We are planning to host ourselves when we get home!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far we've had great experiences with couchsurfing and have met some really kind, interesting people. Our favorite thing about the community is getting to have a more local experience of a place and make some awesome new friends.

Interests

We love the outdoors - hiking, biking, camping, rock climbing, swimming, and more. We also love listening to and playing music, trying new food and drinks, reading, and art.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jess has hiked to Machu Picchu!
James has run 100 miles in under 30hrs (with 22,000ft of vertical gain)!
