About Me
CURRENT MISSION
In the near term, to refrain from missing my desired train. In the long term, to refrain from completely missing the bus.
ABOUT ME
I am easy to talk to, if not to look at. You may be in danger of hearing a little too much about something you care nothing about in conversing with me. I am vain about my hair, because i have nothing else to be vain about. This is evidenced by my ownership of a brush. I personally have always been leery of men with brushes, but I assure you I am trustworthy.
PHILOSOPHY
it is better to ask forgiveness than ask permission. and whenever possible, walk in a straight line.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
In general, my participation in any endeavor is to sit quietly on the sidelines, looking quizzical in my silent judgement of events before me. Specific to CouchSurfing, i just log in every once in a while.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
none as of yet
Interests
reading, sunlight, and those awkward lulls in the conversation
- trivia

Music, Movies, and Books
just finished Zen & the Art of Motorcyle Maintenance. great book. I thoroughly enjoy VS Naipaul and Joseph Campbell. As music goes, there is never any way to peg somebody by a random slice of frequency vibrations. However, insofar as that is done already, my random slice would be Phil Phillips and the Twilights. Classic!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Went to the North Pole once. I also got my head stuck in a piece of playground equipment once. (they can't all be winners)
Teach, Learn, Share
i can tell you what its like to be totally cut off from the outside world (in a literal sense). i can probably also relate some useless bit of trivia to whatever conversation i'm involved in.
Countries I’ve Visited
Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Guam, Hungary, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, Northern Mariana Islands, Poland, Sweden
Countries I’ve Lived In
United States
