ABOUT ME

I am the lead hair stylist for a nationally traveling art fashion and music event called The Sugar Art And Fashion Show (www.sugarartandfashionshow.com) People would say i am eclectic and strange and i would agree whole heatedly. I've had an ability to make people laugh uncontrollably since i was a kid, and its one of my favorite hobbies.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am using couchsurfing as a way to experience the cities i visit on tour through the eyes of people who know it best. As soon as i settle down i am very excited to start hosting others for myself!

I am enjoying meeting all the amazing people who have been hosting me so far! Its an amazing experiance to meet so many unique down to earth people, listen to and share stories with.

Music, Movies, and Books

books: The perks of being a wallflower, I hope they serve beer in hell, the bell jar, invisible monsters, lullaby, fight club, or anything chuck palnichuk.

movies: The more horrific the better. But when packing for my trip i left everything in my dvd collection in storage besides my UK edition of skins season 1 and 2 and my cowbow bebop disk. Im also strangely obsessed with the X-Men. I fall asleep to the 1992 cartoons on netflix frequently.

music: crystal castles, the yeah yeah yeahs, uffie, the gossip, m.i.a. coco rosie, the arcade fire, perfume genius, YACHT, tennis, yelle, matt and kim.

I have such a wide, varied, and eclectic taste in music. And i love discovering and promoting local stuff in the cities i visit. Someday i hope to start my own record label.
