Overview
About Me
I have always been wired for adventure but recently had to shift my focus on establishing a professional career. I used to work as an English teacher to grade school, high school, and college students and tutor to a couple of Koreans. Currently engaged to an online marketing stint, I also regularly update myself in current and past world events. When I recently decided to pursue traveling and becoming a student of life a life-long commitment, I had to scramble a number of books around history, culture, and languages. Quite late in the game but I realized that one of the ways I can quickly keep up is to meet people who can enrich my knowledge around these topics; thus, the idea of signing up in an awesome platform that is Couchsurfing. The time to think more globally, more creatively, and more innovatively takes place now.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As a traveller, I am the type who normally just looks for typical tourist attractions and a few places of interest when I visit a new country. Through Couchsurfing, I hope this could change my way of traveling, in such a way that allows me to better immerse myself with locals and get a deeper and better understanding of their culture and traditions. I am also quite a structured guy when it comes to my trips and I'm hoping that Couchsurfing will be a great way to spice up my upcoming trips abroad.
