About Me

couchsurfing.com/people/thedelaneys *
I have a new page* where you can talk to me or my husband. We live in a one bedroom apartment right now, so we might be able to offer a couch/floor- BUT we can most definitely get together and hang out or give any advice about the town. I grew up in Greenville, so I'll help however I can!
Surf or hang with us!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted a few surfers so far and intend to host many more. I firmly believe that we should look out for each other as a race because, ultimately, we are all each other has in this world, and we can't go around treating everyone we don't "know" like crap.
I hope to meet many people that enrich my life, and hopefully I can also better theirs.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met many couch surfers, even if I wasn't the one hosting them. They have all been extremely fun and passionate about life, as well as many other things.
I think it takes a certain type of person to be willing to sleep on (perhaps) some crap furniture in a "strangers" home and vice versa, to be able to let someone into your home, etc.
I think these type of people are the ones we have been waiting so long to find. The ones that can give without receiving.

Interests

music, politics, world religions, sociology, psychology, law, UFO disclosure, pretty much anything I can be taught about.
I'm interested in approximately everything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I held a crying woman in an elevator.
The care for someones' well-being that you know absolutely nothing about is a beautiful thing. I love to love others.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my life story and what I've learned from it, as well as music theory and musicology, etc.! That is what I've been doing for 20 years of my life so far, so if you want to talk music, count me in.
