I like to cook, eat, and feed people. I believe that the best way to experience a culture is to eat its food, talk to its people, and get lost in its streets.

Traveling has been the best thing to ever happen to me, meeting new people everyday and getting to see things that I would not if I were to just stay home.

If I had a super power, it would be the ability to speak any language.

I'm a happy person who just wants to learn from other people as I see the world, and everything it has to offer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Watching a woman in a tiny town in India make dinner on her front porch over a charcoal fire as she sat on the floor rolling out chapati and turning what little she had into something spectacular.

Staying up all night in Tokyo to go to the fish market at 3am and get mean looks from angry japanese men with knives filleting fish, and yelling at me. Then dazily going to eat the best, freshest sushi of my life at a 10 seater restaurant that already had a line coming out the door at 4:45am before it opened... Surreal!
