About Me
A happy, compassionate, friendly, confused, passionate, restless lil lady :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'll be traveling through Europe for about three months - a trip during which I'll be visiting friends as well as well as tracing a lot of family history, as my grandpa is a holocaust survivor from Slovakia. I'm okay with staying in hostels, but as I'll be traveling alone and have a lot of ground to cover in a relatively short time period, I'd much prefer to stay with locals in order to understand local culture and make friends!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I taught English to Tibetan refugees for about nine months in Mcleodganj, India and was blessed by the opportunity to see His Holiness the Dalai Lama on multiple occasions
Teach, Learn, Share
I want to learn everything anyone has to teach me. Your life story would be a cool start (though maybe not necessary)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share travel stories/thoughts, book recommendations, and thoughts on topics like Tibet, education, refugee resettlement. I hope I can be a source of laughter and a little bit of peace.
I’m equally as good with a night out drinking and dancing as I am with a 9pm bedtime and a cup of tea. Love sharing either experience with my hosts!
