Hi! My name is Jamie, I love to travel and meet new people. I love food and cooking, hiking and riding my bike, reading, music, being outside and trying new things. I am an activist who cares deeply about humans. I also am a beginner gardener, and love to learn about plants :)

Many years ago I used to host people on my couch in Brooklyn New York. Then I had a lot of roommates and it wasn’t possible. I recently moved to Berlin Germany with my partner and we are hoping to host people again. We travel a lot so we wont host too often, so if you are rejected it isn’t personal!

I don’t like to host just to be a free place to stay, I like to host people who actually want the experience of meeting people and learning new things. Also Berlin is a great place to party but I am not much of a partier so while I understand wanting to experience nightlife I’d also love people who enjoy other things like exploring the city, riding bikes and exploring the quirks of Berlin.

In 2022 I spent many months traveling the world so I know how valuable it is to meet new people.

I speak English and a little spanish and a tiny bit of german and my boyfriend is from Portugal so he speaks Portuguese, spanish, English and german!
