I'm a pastry chef, cake designer and businesswoman currently based in the Philippines. Most of my time is spent in the kitchen teaching cooking classes or making wedding/birthday cakes. My job involves a lot of stress so traveling, once in a while, is my way of giving myself some alone time to relax and be worry-free.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Recently, I've decided to travel each year and explore more of the world. I would love to meet new friends, hear their stories and learn about different cultures but most especially taste and know more about local cuisines to inspire me to create new recipes. What better way to do that than meeting a local or someone who's been living there for a while?
