Overview
About Me
I grew up in Maryland, south of Washington D.C. in the United States. I spent 5 years in Burlington, Vermont studying Early Childhood Special Education and working in a pre-school classroom. I left Burlington to become a Peace Corps Volunteer and lived for 2 years in south-west central Uganda working as a Literacy Specialist at a primary school. I returned to the states in December 2016 and will be going to graduate school to earn my Masters in Social Work in the fall!
