About Me

I'm a contemporary dancer from Toronto who has recently moved out to BC. This move was prompted by three summers of planting trees in the Canadian wilderness. The chaos and rustic life of a tree planter was a 180 from the big city of Toronto, and it has shaped me into the person that I am today. I have been loving the outdoor lifestyle that this change has brought me, and while I have always done lots of hiking, camping, and kayaking, I have recently been exploring a new world of adventure. Recently, I have gotten into climbing, snowboarding, long boarding, and surfing to name a few.

Dance is a huge passion of mine, and I have tried to align my love of travel with dance which has led to several opportunities to dance around the world. I am now focusing more and more on my career as a dancer, and am learning how to navigate myself as a young artist in today's world.

I'm also big into art and love drawing and most recently wood burning. I can spend a whole day in an art museum and try to go to at least one wherever I am travelling.

Overall, I'm a pretty relaxed person who is trying to make the most out of life. I am always looking for new experiences and adventures, and love meeting people while I'm doing it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the concept of an international community of couch surfers and am eager to open my couch to travellers once my lifestyle allows for it! I believe that using platforms such as couch surfing is one of the best ways to create genuine connections, break down barriers, and gain real insight from other people's perspectives.
