About Me

Hello future friends! I'm a 25 year old central coast native on the hunt for some new adventures. I am a lover of exercise, art, great food, wine, and popcorn. Chill music and a night in with some hot tea is right up there on my list with a fun night out with friends. I was bitten by the travel bug while studying abroad in Italy, during which time I was lucky enough to visit Greece, Spain, and Ireland. Since then I took a trip to Thailand which was beyond fantastic. There's nothing I love more than seeing great new places and encountering other cultures. I am excited to kick off my travels again.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing seems like an amazing way to connect with like-minded people in locations that I have yet to experience. Meeting locals who have the desire to connect with others and share their homes is an incredible opportunity!

Music, Movies, and Books

I pretty much love every type of music, with the exception of some very specific genres (ahem, I'm talking to you, metal. Sorry). My tastes range from country, to classic rock, to funk, to pop...you name it.

Movies: give me a good chick flick or action movie on any given day. The Holiday, Remember the Titans, and Gladiator are all in the top 10.

Books: Harry Potter fan, Dan Brown....I like reading but I don't make enough time for it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was lucky enough to be able to visit Thailand this last year. We trained a couple of times at a Muay Thai camp and hung out with elephants. We went during April, which is the Thai new year. This consists of a city wide water fight that lasts for about 4-5 days. It was not advisable to leave the house without first arming yourself with a super soaker. Watch out for the trucks that go by. 9 times out of 10 they had a trash can filled with water in the bed, and a group of people riding in it that were more than happy to dump some on you. We weren't dry for 5 days straight.

Countries I’ve Visited

Greece, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Thailand
