Overview
About Me
I just want to take my time with everything.
We all know there's a lot to see in the world, and I think I'm realising just now that you can't see it all. Sure I want to keep travelling, but I'm slowing down a little now.
I love cooking almost as much as I like eating, I'd be happy to do either. I go slow with that too; it tastes all that much better. Hopefully we'll get a chance to swap some food!
Right now I'm working as a User Interface designer in St. Gallen, Switzerland. From time to time on my travels I still like to use CouchSurfing to get to know the places I'm in.
Curiosity killed the cat...but he died content.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've had nothing but positive experiences. All my hosts have exceeded all expectations and have been both hospitable and helpful.
It's been a while since I couchsurfed, but still up for in from time to time, especially when I have limited time in a place and need to break the surface quickly.
One of the most important things for me about this network is reciprocation. I'll always be willing to help out around the house, contribute to food/cooking, and of course in the future, host. Having said that I do expect the same.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies - Anything with a good beginning, middle and ending. Some other stuff too.
Music - all sorts.
Books - Sorry to say I don't read very much. When I do it tends to be non-fiction. I escape from reality enough as it is.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I fell into dressing as Spongebob Square Pants in the circus for one night.
Teach, Learn, Share
The best way to learn things is to talk to people who you normally wouldn't...hopefully that will always be a part of my CS experiences.
I'm a jack of all trades and a master of none, but if there is something I can Teach.Learn.Share then I'll be happy to do so!
Mostly I can share cooking. I know that a lot of travellers have some dishes to share but it is an increasing passion of mine, and a clear result of having 2 chefs for parents. Bread is my favourite thing to make.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A working pair of hands and an infectious grin.
