ABOUT ME

I'm a passionate cue ball of a guy. I love to act, sing, write poetry & stories.

I guess the biggest highlight of my life so far is writing for & acting as Dr Imagination - an evil, diabolically mad scientist - in a highly rated kid's series in Singapore entitled "The Adventures of Super Einstein".

PHILOSOPHY

"The best acting or writing comes from within our soul, for that’s where one's true essence resides. For if one looks too much to the future, then one misses the beauty of the present.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would be glad to show foreign guests around in Singapore. I speak, read & write fluent English & I'm also a qualified English Language teacher.

My foreign languages aren't very proficient, so I communicate best in English.

Interests

I love watching movies, theatre/stage plays & television.

I enjoy fine dining & pleasant conversations at restaurants or other places with good food & great ambience.

I love to write poetry & engage in creative writing.

"A True Friend..."

A true friend never gives up on you;
Instead he gives hope,
And helps you to cope
When things in your Life seem blue.

A true friend listens with both ears;
Always ready with words of kindness
To ease your pain and fears,
And give sight to your blindness.

A true friend does not mock or belittle;
But understands and gives support;
When others cruelly ridicule
You, for a shortcoming or a fault.

A true friend is patient with you;
Always lending a helping hand
After the day is through
And you can barely stand.

A true friend will make you laugh;
Joking and gibing with you
Till your sides split in half;
Just to make your day brand new.

A true friend visits you;
With a trick or treat,
When you're down with the flu,
And just too sick to eat.

A true friend will bring you chicken soup;
With a loving smile,
As you run around another loop,
And take on an extra mile.

A true friend always accepts you;
For who you are;
Prepared to travel into
The depths of the Earth- near or far.

A true friend will go through Heaven and Hell;
To guard and protect your back,
As you hide in your own shell
When mobs of others vilely attack.

A true friend will give his life for you;
When no one else has faith or believes,
He will have a kind word or two,
To allay your burden and pain with ease.

A true friend will do all of that;
He may also lend you his coat,
Or maybe he’ll give you his hat,
Or just leave you with a kind note-
A true friend will always do things like that.
