ABOUT ME

I love this earth we live on and really enjoy getting to know the more about the other people and living things I share this planet with. I love animals, insects, plants, anything that holds a secret for me to find. I am very laid back and enjoy meeting all kinds of new people. People who interest me the most are people who are open minded and intelligent. I love costume parties and dressing up in wacky outfits. My friends and family are very dear to me and I could not live my life without them. I have a 4 year old Min Pin and a 1 year old Pomeranian who are amazing and I couldn't live without. Last but not least my partner Lee Fouste. He is one of the best things that has ever happened to me and I love him with all of my heart!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surfed around Central and Eastern Europe for 5 weeks in December '07 and met some truly beautiful people. Lee and I and our roommates try to host whenever we can and really love meeting new people from all over and from different walks in life!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It has been awesome, from Meeting fellow Oregonians in Munich to Nikola in Croatia, couchsurfers and my experiences never cease to surprise and please me.

Interests

Cooking is one of my greatest passions. I also love to garden. Biology, ecology, beauty, walks in the rain, unplanned sessions of music and singing with friends. I love all animals! School rocks. I love to ride bikes, check out beautiful Autumn leaves, swimming in the rivers, and traveling to new places.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of music and movies (even many bad ones, they are fun to laugh at). As far as books go, I love fantastical imaginative stories (fiction and non-fiction). Some of my favorite authors are Tom Robbins, Chuck Palahniuk, and Vandana Shiva.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The "cultural" district in Ljubljana, Slovenia. If you ever have a chance to go it is quite sureal world there.

Teach, Learn, Share

My favorite thing in the world is sharing a meal with good friends. I would love to share recipes and a warm (or cold) meal with people.

I would love to help people learn about the Biology and Ecology in and around Eugene and the Northwest.

I want to share stories and ideas, anything you would love to share.

I would love to learn anything new, maybe someday I will be able to learn how to wink....
