One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I guess the trek to Goeche-La in Sikkim, India, was something amazing we did together. If Val had ever seen orcas in the wild, it would be written as her most amazing thing ever seen but it has yet to happen.
Teach, Learn, Share
We can teach you about fermented things… especially sourdough bread. We're in the process of making sauerkraut and kombucha, but we're not master fermenters yet. Lots and lots of cooking knowledge to share. The house is vegetarian so we don't know how to make ossu bucco but we do know how to make cashew cream. There's a lot more to share, like our love for good brews and good coffees. Our son Nigel has a lot to teach too, it's just a bit less tangible.
