Hey there, I'm Jay. I'm 22 (turning 23 in January), musician and native Philadelphian.

So obviously I'm a musician, a guitar player and have been for quite a while. And YES, I can play lol, in my mind I'm a rock star hahaha!

It's also worth mentioning I'm a former violinist and went on a European tour of Hungary in High School.

Other than my passion for music, I'm quite adventurous and spontaneous, but rational. Some of my interests include traveling, meeting new people and creating new friends, cars, motorcycles, craft BEER and red wine, science, technology, aviation and much more.

Basically, don't underestimate me lol. I know more than I say, think more than I speak, and notice more than you probably realize.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music...I'm not "mainstream" for the most part. I listen to a lot of music ofcourse featuring the instrument I play(ed), so ofcourse a lot of instrumental music, aka musicians music. Not to say I don't like vocalists...but oddfact is, I don't really listen to lyrics - they almost mean nothing without the music behind it and there needs to be substance. A lot of jazz, rock, fusion, old R&B, classical is in my diet, very little hip-hop or electronic. One of my favorite bands that has influenced my compositions heavily is Radiohead.

I don't necessarily have favorite books, writers, or artist because over time my interests evolve so as far as reading, currently I'm into publications related to my interests at the a particular time....ie Google'n

Shows....actually videos, I watch a good deal of stuff on Youtube, as my channel will show I have an eclectic range of topics. I generally don't watch TV but the shows I catch are Person of Interest, House of Lies, VEEP, Walking Dead, Suits and etc...

Food, I don't eat red meat or pork; it's a personal experiment of mine for the last 4yrs and still going strong. Lolol, but I'm weak for chicken, I know, how stereotypical right. :-).

I know I haven't actually answered these questions, I think this topic should be one of those things we'd get to know from a person over time and face to face.
