Finish my PhD while trying to also live, love and fulfil my other interests in life.

ABOUT ME (To edit)

I'm a 27 year old English guy. But where I'm from isn't so important, it's where I am right now and where I'm going next. I was in Iowa (just left) on a work placement, then toured the states and arrived back in Bath for my final year at university. Now I am in Oxford doing research into Islet cell transplantation. I love to travel and really want to immerse myself in other cultures and see the world. I have a huge passion for music, philosophy and biology (my career). I love to talk about anything. I'm open minded and very genuine. The rest just ask.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Stayed with the magnificent Tara in Minneapolis, also people in eastern europe and the balkans. Hosted a few times and had a great time.

Interests

Music: rock \m/, pysch, prog, experimental, electronic, anything which isn't manufactured industrial ear pain.

Literature: anything by Camus, JP Sartre, Kierkegaard, Nietzsche, Hemingway, Proust, Vonnegut, Kafka, Bukowski, Huxley, Fromm, Fitzgerald and loads more.

Biology: My PhD is about Alzheimer's disease, trying to study and cure it. My interests mainly lie neuroscience, perception, memory, cognition and consciousness.
