Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have hitchhiked as a couple of times before and during those trips I got to know the couchsurfing community.
This community is a way to travel cheaply and get to know other people and help other people.
We help each other and we benefit from the help of others and in this way we make each other more empowered.
so the question is: why shouldn't I be on Couchsurfing?
