Music.., so different : 2Pac, Kasta, Mobi, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Enigma, Tchaikovsky, mantras, etc…So everything that lives for a long time and never lost actuality. Simple pop songs without deep meanings are not for me, other unusual musics i like.

Books: As a philologist, I’ve read mostly the classic Russian literature. These days, I’m drawn more to books that teach, heal, and expand consciousness — about yoga, natural health, and subtle energies.
I love when a book doesn’t just inform, but transforms.

Movies: To be honest, I don’t really watch a lot of movies — unless it’s an old classic or I’m at the cinema just for the atmosphere, the big screen, and that magical moment when the lights go down.

Most of the time, I prefer to learn and grow — so you’ll more likely find me listening to inspiring podcasts, lectures, or talks about self-awareness, healing, art, and the mystery of life.
