Years ago I've fallen in love with sailing and exploring the world. Recently I have decided to pick up a degree in Computer Science and my choice was to do it in Copenhagen even though I'm from Poland.
One side of me is all about technology and computers but the other side loves meeting new people, seeing new places and learning things I never thought existed. Recently I got into survival and bushcraft and sleeping in the wilderness is something I enjoy quite a bit (actually sleeping in a tent right now instead of a Hostel).

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I've initially joined to find a place to stay in Denmark while I wait for my more permanent accommodation. CouchSurfing offers such place, even if just for a couple of days while also meeting new people and learning their culture.
But once I'm set up and able to let other people come over, I will open up to quests to help others who need a warm place to sleep in.

I also plan to travel a lot, mainly sailing, so I will visit a lot of places and I would rather couch surf than sit in boring hotels.

I mainly listen to EDM and techno music while reading Fantasy and sci-fi in my free time.
The Witcher series, Brandon Sanderson and Wegner are my favorite authors.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've assisted another skipper when his mast broke. At 3 am. 200 miles from the nearest land. That was quite an experience, trying to find his little, mast-less yacht in the middle of the night while fighting the waves and the wind.

I've spent many seasons teaching others the basics of sailing and I would love to share my knowledge with whoever hosts or visits me.
I would also love to learn more about other cultures and food recipes.
