I'm a decent and sensitive, yet sometimes very demanding person. I have strong opinions and see in everything the political. So I like to discuss a lot, but it often needs a long argument to persuade me.
I study Education and Linguistics - but not very continuous.
I'm working as an educator in a socialist youth movement, most of the seminars and workshops I give are somehow related to queer theory, feminism, anti-capitalism or anti-racism, but I also do stuff on team building and media creation.
Also I'm a big nerd! I love (over)analyzing pop culture and celebrating my fandoms!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Sharing is elementary for a better society. I believe we should not think anymore just in the category of property. I like to give and share what I have and hope other people do so as well.
Also I like to meet new people, hear interesting stories and new ideas.

Music, Movies, and Books

Like I said, I'm a big nerd! Some of my big fandoms are Harry Potter, Buffy and Doctor Who. In general what I like in stories are well written and strong female* and queer characters, interesting relationships and developing and deep characters. I like stories to which I can relate or which can make me dream.

About music: I listen to many kinds of music. What I like are texts, so it doesn't really matter, what kind it is, if the texts are good. And I like mostly political music. Right now there's a lot of Hip Hop and Electropunk, some singer/songwriter stuff, from time to time some rock, punk, goth, metal. For relaxing I mostly listen to electronic music without text. For partying I prefer also electronic music. And I love trash and 90's parties!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Bolivia I hiked from a point near El Alto at 4500 metres covered in snow to the nearly-tropical Yungas at 1800 metres. It was a four-day-hike including crossing the mountain at 4800 metres and following the melting snow becoming a big river.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach the languages I speak.
I'd like to share some juggling time. I can teach some basic stuff with most of the things and some advanced stuff with the big staff, but like to learn more! I can also do some acrobatic stuff and fire-breathing.
Also I like to discuss a lot of stuff. We could discuss political theories, develop crazy ideas or (over)analyze pop-culture. I'm mostly interested in and worked on queer theory, feminism, criticism of work, utopia, pop culture, anti-racism, adultism and leftist education.

I'm always interested in learning new stuff - let it be a theory or pracitical stuff. I'd like to learn more languages and crafting!
