I like to keep things simple, giving all possible space to that which arises spontaneously by itself. I love people, living, loving beings, to connect with them and to share the power of the present moment. I practice meditation every morning and evening to keep my attention at the right place and I try to continue being in that awareness as I encounter everyday life. I find great joy in expressing myself through theatre, music and writing, but at other times, not needing to express anything is already enough, and I just observe what comes. I live with my wife Iva and 5 other friends in Losone, Switzerland. I spend my time writing studying theatre or taking walks in the forest with my dog. I love to travel freely, not being loaded with plans and expectations but to be open to whatever and whoever I shall meet on the way.
