I'm Jan, hard to describe myself .. I'm a very open person, like to get to know new people and spend time in groups. I love Music, play Guitar and basically like to play any instrument I get in my hands. I just started learning Accordion :D I'm an amateur magician, so usually after 2-3 beers I may start entertaining you with some magic tricks (its not tricks of course .. magic is real!!) ;D
I like anything thats different to what I already know. Thats very vague, but describes my Interests pretty good I think. For more details, feel free to ask me, I'm always open for a chat :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I registered to join events in Budapest, and met such nice people that I decided to open my flat for visitors. Havent regret it so far! :)

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite music still is Punkrock, but I'm very open to any kind of music. Currently I'm a lot into Ska, Country, hard rock, alternative rock, progressive techno and much more.

For Movies I like anything that affects me in some way. But I don't watch movies that much. Favourite Movie still is Amelie, but thats not my usual genre. I'm also in for Horror and Slasher movies.

I don't read that much, but my favourite Book is 1984. Clockwork Orange is also great :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Haha, there are thousands :O I'm quite easy to impress ...
In Budapest I randomly found a magic shop that offers a "Magic Club" where magicians meet to talk about their tricks and performances. And suddenly I was in a Room with a bunch of older magicians that hardly spoke english, and we still had great fun for the whole evening showing and explaining tricks to each other without speaking.

I don't understand this section :D I can teach guitar, magic (if the person I meet is actually interested in learning it, not just understanding the tricks) and german.
