Moin dear Couchsurfers!

Wow, every year I am trying to write a better self description and every year I fail. ;-) So, here we go again: I am a Hamburger. Loving sports and music and working in the field of sports marketing. That will change soon, but we will see. Quite suprisingly, I love travelling and love the idea of couchsurfing - however, it's been a while... lately, we are hosting an Ukrainian refugee and that reminded me of the good times I had with Couchsurfing. Now, I would love to introduce my girlfriend and her daughter to the world of couchsurfing!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A friend of mine introduced me to this amazing project and we couchsurfed 2 weeks through France and Italy. Now years later, I do not remember the beautiful beaches of France, though I do remember all our hosts and the great fun we had with them. This trip got me addicted to CS and by now I have surfed, hosted and traveled with CS-people various times and not thinking about stopping.

Interessen

Running and Cycling, beach volleyball, hiking, learning and speaking languages, small but cozy concerts, traveling, getting out of the comfort zone, meeting new people, cooking and eating new dishes!

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I could teach you the beautiful German language and cuisine. Plus I can share some insights about big professional sport events and great travelling stories from every continent.

Learning? I am collecting words and phrases in other languages! So please share some words in your language with me and hang in there if keep asking you 36 times to repeat that word... ;-)
