ABOUT ME

Enthousiastic, easygoing, friendly person, very open to new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I could describe Couchsurfing like an old dream coming true. When I lived in the very city center of Brussels, and I saw all those tourists walking around, I thought by myself, some of them would certainly be interested to stay in my place, rather than in a hotel room. I would show them around, etc. But to me Couchsurfing is even more; it is meeting interesting people, who are passionated, as I am, by travelling, and sharing travelling experiences, and so many other great aspects of life, like playing piano for them...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Up to now, I got very good experiences with the people I hosted.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

While travelling in Lithuania I took the wrong train and I arrived in Belarus. Walking along beautifully painted wooden houses and gardens with apple trees, and Tsjaikovsky's music on the background is like heaven! The feeling to go back into time for at least one century is the most amazing feeling I ever had on a travel.

Teach, Learn, Share

Local food and drinks. An unusual walk in the city center of Brussels or in my area combined with a visit of a typical pub, and places that tourists don't know! Music, especially on vinyl records, free concerts, especially jazz and blues. And if you're a musician, we could jam together..!
