I’m an IT graduate in past switched to wellness field some years ago
Now I teach yoga and mindfulness and developing my own wellness programs that will help people to be healthier and feel happier
I’m also launching my startup in a food industry
Love traveling (how unpredictable!), being in nature and learning new things, especially in tech, finance, history, philosophy and of course anything wellness, nutrition, mental health or mindfulness related :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Ah, that’s a hard one! I do love Russian literature (more drama and suffering!😄) and philosophy. When it comes to movies, I love anything that is aesthetically pleasant like Sorrentino or mind-blowing like Nolan.
I’m a big fan of classical music (Chopin!) but equivalently enjoy electronic music (especially with some tribal motives)

Moved from Australia to London in the middle of pandemic
Studied yoga and meditation with researchers in Australian university
