Overview
About Me
I'm a happy person, especially when I can be outside, I like to move, but I can also be quiet and read, draw, or chat by a coffee.
I love the mountains, I'm into books and music and concerts and I like to dance, to play games (I'm carrying a selfmade version of Dixit in case you know it! If not its very easy to learn and a lot of fun). I'm traveling South America at the moment and I'm excited to see where it gets because I have nothing planed.
Above all I want world peace and I'm craving humanity, so a smile or a hand from a stranger is all it takes to make my day sometimes and I do my best to give it back!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I wonder why I only signed up now. I've always known about Couchsurfing and I like the idea so much! It's connecting people all over the world and helps them to share their cultures.
I'm also trying to make my way around hostels as I feel like some things about a country you just cannot find out there, so I'm carrying a tent to camp at the countryside and for the cities I've just made the best experiences asking people about their favourite places and trying. I'm traveling to get to know other ways of living, other mindsets and to understand another culture, and the most authentic impressions you get talking and living with the people from the place!
Also, as soon as I get home I'm excited to do the same, and I know that Dortmund is not a #1 travel destination but we're nice people and we know the places to go to and we're happy to share! (Also a lot of other places which are worth a trip are very close!)

Music, Movies, and Books
I'd watch Princess Mononoke anytime
I'm into fantasy literature and historical novels, Milan Kundera, Philip Pullman's Northern Lights, Ian McEwan, and traveler classics like paolo coellho and gabriel garcia marquez;
pretty much any book that teaches me something or shows me a new perspective.
I'm open for any kind of live music (I adore people who do any kind of arts and go out to share it with the world), but I mostly listen to stoner- and psychedelic rock, classic and oldschool (yep I like led zeppelin, pink floyd, the beatles), some metal, some nice good vibrations music (like manu chao)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
one of the best feelings I've had was probably standing on top of a vulcano in Guatemala before sunrise watching the vulcano right next to it erupt in lava and smoke. Exhausted and happy feeling the power of nature :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I'll teach English or German if anyone wants to learn! I can also show you how to make Tiramisu (or just make you some, or pancakes, I can make pancakes!) and I know a tiny bit of macramee which I'll share but I'm especially hoping to meet someone to teach me! Also I'm traveling south america to improve my spanish, and the best way is a good conversation :)
