Long term traveler from Germany trying to see all corners of the world before I get too old to enjoy it.

In September 2015 I left Germany and so far I've only been home for a holiday (twice). When I embarked on this journey I intended to do 6 months in Australia only, and that somehow turned into 2 years there, 6 months in Asia and a year in New Zealand, and Im still going. For how long? Time will tell I guess (or money).

To get in contact with locals and to experience every place I visit in a unique and more local way. To connect to a place on a much deeper level than the average tourist.

Interesses

I'm interested in all sorts of things, and I'm quite easy to impress too. Doesn't take a lot for something to gain my interest.
Narrowing it down, things that interest me the most at the moment are ancient cultures, all things nature and history. And literally any country I come across anywhere. Oh and I am a big Stranger Things fan :)

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

Music depends on my mood but I love everything from the 80s. My favorite book of all time might be The Martian, or All The Light We Cannot See. Always open to suggestions too. I cant do horror movies, other than that I'm pretty much up for anything. I love Harry Potter and Stranger Things.

I don't think I can only choose one. The last years have been full of exciting adventures and I was fortunate enough to have had many moments worth sharing here. A few favorites are diving with Manta Rays, seeing Komodo Dragons, seeing wild Orang Utans and a blooming Rafflesia in Borneo, and of course seeing Angkor Wat.
