Dlaczego jestem na Couchsurfing

I must admit that up until now, I have been the hostel-booking and "Now i'll just wander around in this new city and that way I'll get to know it"- kind of traveler. Sort of like my parents do when they are traveling. But to me, that's not enough anymore. Talking to locals when traveling is what I remember first when thinking back to visiting a city, and it made me realize that this is what traveling is actually about. Also visiting fantastic landscapes and admiring the view of skylines as wide as you can see, of course.. But in the end, it's the locals who make a city as beautiful as it is.

Zainteresowania

+ I play alto-Saxophone for many years (not that regularly anymore, though... anyway, it's a good thing to say when you're asked about your hobbies)
+ If I could, I would cook a five-course dinner every day (always trying something new)
+ You know this language you've always wanted to learn, this instrument you've always wanted to know how to play? For me, it's swedish and the piano. Haven't started yet, but I'm optimistic. 2015 is gonna be the year of new beginnings ;)
