I am allways curious about stuff (I am curious about literally anything that passes by me, so imagine how hard it is for me to focus and to get anything done) and I sometimes speak too much and too quickly. Thanks to my incredible parents I was raised to follow "Live and let live" livestyle and "Why the hell no" philosophy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because it is the great idea! There is no better way to really explore a country, than to spend some time with its "native inhabitants". Meeting new people and share/exchange culture, traditions, ideas, ... what a great idea!

... for now I am just looking around, but I hope I will grow into experienced couchsurfer and couchhost one day :)

Interests

I am big fan of multitasking- Solving math problems for school/work while drinking strong black tea, watching a good film, reading book and planning future trips- thats the way!
Loves of my life (among the others) are Slovak folklore and math. Beside that I don't mind swimming, hiking, travelling, visiting summer festivals, reading, sewing, cycling.... oh and sleeping (there is probably no better thing than sleeping until noon!!!..)

Music, Movies, and Books

If I was in charge of this world I would made Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy an obligatory reading. Also I suprisingly fell in love with old Slovak book called Jozef Mak by Jozef Ciger Hronsky (this sort of books is not my cup of tea, but because of 1 particular chapter I consider it one of the greatest books ever!)

When talking about music, well.. I should be living few years ago :) I love old old rock. I love Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Queen, Janis Joplin, Kinks, Who,Doors... I also enjoy crazy 90's stuff.

If you have read carefully, you maybe noticed, I kind of like Slovak folklore and traditions. When we meet I will gladly tell you something about our unique (and weird) traditions, our beautiful folklore, our past and our personality (sarcastic criticism included)...

When I travel abroad I always cook traditional dinner, bring some drinks or small traditional gifts (small music instruments, traditional decorations, folklore themed jewelry) as a little "thank you" gift for my hosts.
