I‘m Jana, 22 years old and from a small town close to Heidelberg! I study German and English, and love to travel as much as I can during holidays or on weekends :) I’m spending this semester in Vienna and want to travel the country during the Easter break!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A married couple in Australia once welcomed me and my friend in their home and helped us in a difficult situation, even though they didn’t know us at all. They showed how caring and nice strangers can be and also recommended and showed us parts of their town, we wouldn’t have discovered by ourself. I think Couchsurfing is a great network for people to give something back or just to share kindness, good advices and memories with people with the same ideas.
