About Me
I'm not really obsessed with forcing my future guests to read my profile carefully (after all it's your choice, not even trying to find out in advance whether I'm a psychopath or not, hehe), however DO read at least the "my home" section before you send your request.
---
Messages saying only "Hi!" or "Do you have some time?" will be ignored and their authors automatically blocked. Chitchatting with random internet people is not my hobby. Send a proper request / a message actually having some content or move on, thank you. I'm sorry I'm opening my profile with nagging, but take this as a little spam filter attempt.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to host!
I'm not a guide, I won't drag you through all the places I find interesting around here, mostly I don't have time for that anyways, but I'll be happy to give you some tips of course. I also understand that after a long day of travelling you might not really feel like doing anything special with me. So a little walk or sharing a meal (that's basically how we say "beer" in Czech) is perfect.
I have kind of a normal job and kind of a busy adult life at the moment, so hosting people helps me to lower the impacts of adulthood on my happiness. It's nice to get a break from routine, even if for a little chat, and realize over and over again, that the stuff I'm concentrated on most of the day is not really that vitally important, because the world is big, people are great (well some of them) and possibilities are endless.
Interests
Well, music, for starters...
I'm more of a passive music lover, however, I tried to play the violoncello at some point.
I also paint/draw or do anything related to it, that's the thing I enjoy the most. I'm much better painter than cello player (which doesn't mean I'm a brilliant painter, it just means I really suck at playing the cello).
I'm not really good at sports, but I actually really enjoy them. I like skiing or snowboarding, I'd like to learn how to surf, I go jogging quite often, do the gym stuff and I try to stay in a reasonable shape... I also enjoy volleyball but no-one wants to play with me which I don't understand! Yes, I very often miss the ball completely but it's the enthusiasm that matters, right..? Right??

Music, Movies, and Books
I don't think I can list everything I like in a small paragraph like this.
Of course I love movies, music and books. Many different kinds of it. I don't really limit myself by genres. It just has to be interesting.
After a brief period of the Smurfs music I was basically raised on metal, but eventually learned to accept almost all other music styles as well. Then I suffered though quite a few techno parties as a bartender and learned to condemn some of the music styles again.
Among others I love animation. Animated movies, especially the short ones, are an awesome way how to express a thought.
I also find comic books a very important part of literature.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've bought a motorbike and haven't died yet. (Also haven't learned even one hundredth of the stuff I'd like to know about it yet though, so that kind of balances the awesomeness... A mechanics / maintenance lesson for a poor girl without an older brother, anyone? Further tips for not dying? xD)
Teach, Learn, Share
Well, since I'm Czech (and teaching Czech), I can share my infinite wisdom about Czech language / languages in general.
I can also give you an educating lecture about my collection of cobble stones.
I am very picky considering learning, which means I'll be always happy to know something interesting about anything. Difficult, huh?
I also happen to speak Finnish, so please, if you also happen to speak it, let's not use English! I promise I'm way more fun in Finnish (mostly because I sometimes have no idea what I'm saying).
