Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've done a lot of travelling in the past few years and am thinking couch surfing could have been pretty handy! Currently teaching full-time and only travel locally on weekends but am preparing to move to Australia where I plan to explore a lot! Would love to meet new people and make connections. I'm social, love meeting new people, love travelling, and love learning about other cultures.

Interests

I'm an animal activist and a self proclaimed tree hugger. I'd say this guides the majority of my interests. I like outdoor activities like hiking, camping, cycling, and exploring. I love cooking plant-based meals and vegan treats and sharing good food with others. I enjoy yoga, journaling, gardening, recycling, dumpster diving, DIYing, thrifting, and general crafting of all kinds.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in Australia for a year! It was the most amazing time of my life. I learned to surf, explored the coast, tried vegemite, camped in the bush, and saw an 8 foot python.
