About Me
Hi, I´m Jana and right now I´m working very hard on staying in the library to finally finish University instead of ditching everything and just travel as much as I can. Luckily I will be finished in a few weeks! After that I will move back to Cologne (right now I´m in Saarbrücken) and start travelling for about 7 months. I´m going to travel south France and the Carribean, and hopefully learning enough French to order Food and Drinks :)
My first and only love is my hometown Cologne, but somehow I ended up living and studying in Saarbrücken because it turned out I am nearly as in love with studying Psychology as I am with Cologne. Last five years have been busy ones, my time got nearly completly consumed by university, rest was spent with friends and some trips around europe. Even though I love my friends and love spending days and days with them I also really like my own company, for example exploring a city alone for days, only my iPod to keep me company. Because of that I have been traveling alone a lot, and those journeys have always changed and inspired me the most!
Over the last year I´ve started doing Yoga, which I love and for my next trips I will be definetly bringing a yoga mat. Also I started really enjoying eating mainly vegan Foods, looking forward to exploring some vegan Food during my travels :)
Besides travelling I love dancing, music, books, art and a lot of other stuff. Everything new and creative makes me smile :) Thats another thing, I tend to laugh and smile because of every random reason, a fact that can be charming but also very annoying if you spend too much time with me (ask my friends ^^).
"And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music."
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Since I am living in a tiny tiny one-room appartement without a couch or anything besides a bed I can´t host anyone right now :( But the COuchsurfing community here is very active and I participate in acticities and meeting as much as I can and like :D During my trip to Spain last year I was hosted by two lovely Couchsurfers, and those experiences were amazing! I also especially love to use couchsurfing to meet new People during my travels!
