About Me
I'm currently a grad student getting my MFA in fine arts at Tufts. I'm originally from Hawaii, but my mother is from England so I spent all my childhood summers there, and after undergrad in Oregon, would spend about 3 months of the year there, either traveling around Europe or volunteering in the archives of an art foundation. I really enjoy traveling, and, as much as I love Hawaii, I'm excited to be moving to a place that is less remote so I can visit more places. Whenever I'm in a city, I love visiting the museums, looking at the buildings - the usual city things, but whenever I can I try to get out to the countryside for some long walks or hiking.
I devour podcasts and books, make a lot of my own clothes and love to sew generally; I love trying new art media. I measure time by Sunday crosswords.
My life philosophy is basically say yes to everything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've snorkeled with giant manta rays at night. We floated on the surface as they looped through the water to feed. They'd get within inches, mouths gaping, me looking straight in, then turn just before hitting me.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can do a lot of different kinds of art, and I'd be more than happy to teach whatever of those skills I can.
I'm curious about just more or less everything, and like to learn learn whatever anyone is willing to teach me.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'd be happy to cook, help with cleaning, anything to make myself useful. Plus I can contribute food or wine or some such. I used to work on a cafe so I can make a solid breakfast.
