I'm an outdoorsy person, spending the time outside makes me feel alive and prevents me to lose connection to myself due to increasing speed of modern life. I also enjoy other little micro-moments of happiness, like making fresh bread, fermenting food, reading a book, sharing a drink with friends, playing instruments, building a bonfire or petting animals. Last but not least I like to challenge myself, both mentally and physically.
