Hej!
My name is Jan and I am a student from Aachen, Germany! :-)
I guess I'd describe myself as uncomplicated, open-minded and curious. Sometimes I'm crazy and childish and sometimes I'm quiet and serious. I like to meet new people and make new friends and I enjoy seeing new places! :-)

Amazing stays in Tasmania with great people :) and recently had my first Couchsurfing experience in Germany which was as awesome as the ones in Australia!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

MUSIC

Mainly rock and alternative but I also like electro, indie and mixes of all of the above. I play drums myself but other than keeping a rhythm I'm not very musical.

MOVIES

Too many to count... Action, Thriller, Comedy, Drama, Phantasy, Superhero-Movies ... My favorite movies are probably all Lord of the Rings movies.

BOOKS

Thrillers (Kathy Reichs at the moment, but also Simon Beckett and others), Walter Moers, Harry Potter, The Hobit, The Lord of the Rings ...

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Visiting amazing places such as Sweden, Ireland, Kopenhagen, London, Victoria ... and many other great places!
I did an exchange semester in Melbourne Australia! I love this country, it's so beautiful! I met so many awesome people, did so many cool things and saw heaps of amazing places! My favorite memory might be a 4x4 Tour on Fraser Island! Awesome!
The most amazing place I have ever been is New Zealand. After Australia I thought nothing could be more awesome... But I was wrong - I lost my heart to NZ <3

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I always try to learn new things, love it when I can teach someone something and like to share my experiences with whoever wants to share theirs!

I have a couch for 1-2 people. I am not always here in Aachen but I try to give back some of the welcomes I received while I was surfing :)
Also I'll try to show you around the city and take you to good bars and restaurants if I can!
