Retired from the Publice Service,
Volunteer in enviromental groups, Waste recyccling ,trash collectors, Praticing health life style, organic food,natural medicine.
Long distances walker -
NONI medicinal fruit specialist.
Recicying mind, plans and actions.

I invite travelers came to Espirito Santo, ..Praia da Costa is wonderfull.. a oasis,.come and meet friends
