ABOUT ME

After 2 1/2 years of working in New Zealand, I have returned Austria, with good amount of traveling in between.
Sights - food - people, that's what traveling is about for me. Sights - obvious. Food - luckily doesn't show too much. People - hope to meet many nice ones on CS!
I spent a lot of my social time in New Zealand in a thriving Wellington meetup.com community, and currently helping the one here in Salzburg grow and thrive, which is a lot of fun.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since I had a spare room available fro a while in Wellington, I made it available to a variety of travellers, whether friends, friends of friends, or new friends from Couchsurfing. Now that I've settled back down again, I'm happy to host again from time to time, though the flat here is a bit smaller.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All my hosting experience has been very pleasant, while I was slightly underwhelmed by the responses I had trying to couchsurf myself when I traveled. So I will tend to give preference to those of you who have hosted before yourselves, or at least have a good response ratio. I know CS encourage surfing even without prior hosting, and it's good for growing the community, but I'll also want to reward those who give something back. :-)
